Grooming Perks and Policies
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
We do require an appoinment for all grooming services. If you require immediate service please call to confirm that the grooming staff can accomodate your requests. If you walk in for a grooming service there is a chance that we may not have the capacity to accomodate your request.
No Show Fee
Please respect when we do schedule an appointment we have blocked off that time for your dog. If you need to cancel please provide us with 48 hours notice or as much time as possible. If you do not show up we charge a $25 no show fee.
Cancellation or rescheduling
We require 24-hour notice to cancel your dog daycare and grooming reservation. We realize life events happen, but please respect that we are saving a place that could be used for another happy dog!
Multiple late cancellations will result in prepaid visits only.
Difficult or Aggressive Dogs
While we are understanding that not all dogs like to be groomed we do reserve the right to turn down grooming overly aggressive, difficult or stressed dogs for safety reasons both groomer and dog alike.
Pick up after grooming and LATE FEES apply:
The Ruff House will call you 15 minutes prior to your dog’s groom being complete. We will also have provided an accurate guideline when to be ready to pick up your dog. If you cannot pick up your dog at the alotted time regular late fees will apply of $10 per every 15 minutes you are late to pick up your dog. WHY? When dogs are not cleared for daycare participation from behavior stand point and we have not cleared the required vaccinations we cannot have our grooming dogs interact with our daycare clients. We would then require 1-1 supervision from staff for your dog which is not a service we are staffed to provide.
